Saint-Tropez does not change much. The same beach clubs run by the same families. The same waiters who remember your wine. What changes is the protocol — and 2026 has its own.
Pampelonne — the new order
Club 55 remains untouchable for lunch. Bagatelle has the strongest sound system. Verde Beach is the new aspirational table — book three weeks in advance for August. Nikki Beach has lost some ground but kept its private cabanas which remain among the best.
In town
L'Opéra is still the room. La Vague d'Or for the kitchen, Salama for atmosphere, Sénéquier for the morning ritual. The Maison Joaillerie pop-up at Byblos is the worst-kept secret of the season.
Codes that matter
No flip-flops at L'Opéra. No phones on the table at La Vague d'Or. Bring cash for tips at Pampelonne — twenty euros per service person, in hand, at end of meal. Your chauffeur waits in shaded parking; he does not pull up to the entrance.
