How are my principals’ preferences managed?

What confirmation do I receive after booking?
A written confirmation for every movement: date and time, pickup point, vehicle, and the chauffeur’s name with a direct contact. Any amendment is re-confirmed in writing, so your own records stay accurate without chasing anyone.
