FFGR Worldwide
For Those Who Arrange Everything
Executive assistants, chiefs of staff and family offices — one point of contact, written confirmations, and a network that answers 24/7.
You Are Not a Secretary. You Are the Standard.
The person who books is rarely the person who travels. Behind every seamless arrival stands a professional who chose the operator, checked the details and carries the responsibility if anything slips. FFGR is built for that professional.
One conversation covers the entire network. Every movement is confirmed in writing. Preferences follow the principal from city to city. And when plans change — because they always do — one message is enough.
Your Work, Made Lighter
You are judged on details you never get credit for. These are the ones we take off your desk.
One WhatsApp Thread
A single conversation covers every city in the network. No call centres, no ticket numbers, no re-explaining. A response within minutes, 24/7.
Written Confirmation, Every Time
Each movement is confirmed in writing — chauffeur name and direct contact, vehicle, pickup point, time. Nothing rests on a verbal agreement.
Changes Without Friction
Flights move, meetings overrun. Send one message and the schedule adjusts around it. Same-day requests are handled subject to availability.
Airport Protocol
Flight tracking, meet and greet at the agreed point, luggage handled discreetly. The principal walks from the aircraft to the car — no waiting, no searching.
Preferences on File
Cabin temperature, seating, still or sparkling, silence or conversation, preferred entrances — recorded once, applied in every city of the network.
You Are Kept Informed
Chauffeur en route, principal on board, drop-off complete. You know where things stand without having to ask — and without disturbing anyone.
One Relationship, Every Jurisdiction
A family office does not need another supplier. It needs one that behaves like an extension of its own standards.
Consolidated Invoicing
One account, one statement across cities and countries — with breakdowns by principal, entity or trip on request. One supplier to onboard, not ten.
Contractual Discretion
Non-disclosure agreements are signed at network level. Chauffeurs are bound by confidentiality; itineraries, names and habits are never discussed.
Multiple Principals, One Arrangement
Family members, executives and guests travel under a single relationship — each with their own preference profile and, where useful, their own billing line.
One Standard, Every City
Every delegation operates under the same FFGR charter — vetting, protocol, presentation — so the service in Tokyo is the service in Paris.
Security Coordination
Where circumstances require it, close protection and secure transport are coordinated through the network under the same single point of contact.
Continuity
The same interlocutor over months and years. Your requirements are institutional knowledge here — never a file passed to a new account manager.
One Interlocutor, A Worldwide Network
A single conversation opens every FFGR delegation — the same charter, the same discretion and the same written standards, from Paris to Tokyo, from Monaco to New York. You brief once; the network executes everywhere.
What Assistants Ask Us
Can I book for several principals under one account?
Yes. Executive assistants and family offices routinely manage several principals through a single relationship. Each principal has their own preference profile and, if needed, their own billing line — while you keep one point of contact for everything.
How are my principals’ preferences managed?
Preferences are recorded once — vehicle type, cabin temperature, seating, still or sparkling water, conversation or silence, preferred entrances — and applied across every delegation in the network. You update them with a message; the change follows the principal everywhere.
What confirmation do I receive after booking?
A written confirmation for every movement: date and time, pickup point, vehicle, and the chauffeur’s name with a direct contact. Any amendment is re-confirmed in writing, so your own records stay accurate without chasing anyone.
How are last-minute changes handled?
Send one message on the same thread. Delayed flights are tracked automatically and the pickup adjusts without your intervention. Schedule changes are absorbed without a new booking process, and same-day requests are handled subject to availability.
Can invoicing be consolidated across several cities?
Yes. A single account covers the entire network, with one consolidated statement and breakdowns by principal, entity or trip on request. Your finance team onboards one supplier, whatever the geography.
Can FFGR sign a confidentiality agreement?
Yes. Non-disclosure agreements are signed at network level and every chauffeur is bound by confidentiality. Itineraries, identities and the details of any movement are never disclosed — contractually, not as a courtesy.
Introduce Your Office
One message opens the conversation. Tell us how your principals travel — we will show you how the network answers.
